John Crigler

John Crigler has served as President and CEO of DorfKrüg International (DKI), formed in 2006 as successor to C.G.I.  Mr. Crigler uniquely designed DKI to provide integrated solutions for today’s complex business issues. His focus is transaction-based solutions for concept assessment, transaction underwriting, risk mitigation, financial structuring, planning and strategy implementation, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, real estate development, product development, complex financial negotiations, and general fiscal conflict resolution.

Mr. Crigler presents and advises clients regarding the utilization of installment sales coupled with a monetization loan(s).  In addition to educating clients and their advisers, he discusses the many transaction and project development scenarios where the strategy can successfully be applied. DKI assists clients in the assessment of the design and development of their companies and businesses as well as with the following implementation and performance strategies. Over the past 10 years, John Crigler has modeled DKI to underwrite and develop long range financial strategies, business entity structures, improved product technologies, and niche real estate and business developments.

In 2012, Mr. Crigler moved DKI headquarters and his home to Boise, Idaho, to achieve certain advantages to DKI’s mission, but also as a matter of personal lifestyle, including that of attaining a healthy environment in which to raise his family. He and his wife have shared 21 years together and have three children ages 18, 12, and 10. In addition, Mr. Crigler serves as a Committee Member for BSA Troop 100 of Boise, and has been actively involved in scouting for 30 years.
